Applicables depuis le 4 juillet 2007, le règlement européen relatif aux gaz fluorés (dit F-Gaz) et la directive européenne concernant les émissions de HFC en climatisation automobile datés du 17 mai 2006 sont sortis au J.O. européen du 14 juin 2006.<\/p>\n

Ils entérinent les différents projets publiés, avec rappelons-le, deux grandes mesures : <\/p>\n

– le confinement des installations de réfrigération et climatisation fixes (Article 3 du réglement)<\/p>\n

– l’interdiction à terme de l’utilisation de HFC avec un GWP>150 en climatisation automobile (Article 5 de la Directive).<\/p>\n
