K\u00eds\u00e9rleti \u00e9s elm\u00e9leti kutat\u00e1sai r\u00e9v\u00e9n az MLL sz\u00e1mos jelent\u0151s felfedez\u00e9shez j\u00e1rult hozz\u00e1 a nukle\u00e1ris, r\u00e9szecskegyors\u00edt\u00f3 fizika ter\u00fclet\u00e9n, nemcsak az alapkutat\u00e1s, hanem m\u00e1s jelent\u0151s int\u00e9zm\u00e9nyek, p\u00e9ld\u00e1ul a genfi CERN, valamint a m\u0171szaki \u00e9s orvosi alkalmaz\u00e1sok sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra is. Az MLL bez\u00e1r\u00e1s\u00e1t k\u00f6vet\u0151en a Tandem-van de Graaff\u00ae gyors\u00edt\u00f3t, amely a legnagyobb GWP-vel (22 800) rendelkez\u0151 \u00fcvegh\u00e1zhat\u00e1s\u00fa g\u00e1zzal (SF<sub>6<\/sub>) m\u0171k\u00f6d\u00f6tt, 2020 elej\u00e9n leszerelt\u00e9k.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Tandem-van de Graaff\u00ae gyors\u00edt\u00f3 volt az MLL k\u00f6zponti eleme, melyet egy 25 m hossz\u00fa \u00e9s 5,5 m \u00e1tm\u00e9r\u0151j\u0171 nyom\u00e1start\u00f3 ed\u00e9nybe \u00e9p\u00edtett\u00e9k be. K\u00f6r\u00fclbel\u00fcl 14 tonnaSF<sub>6<\/sub> szigetel\u0151g\u00e1zt haszn\u00e1ltak 7 bar nyom\u00e1son.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u201e<em>A gyors\u00edt\u00f3 le\u00e1ll\u00edt\u00e1sa k\u00fcl\u00f6nleges kih\u00edv\u00e1sok el\u00e9 \u00e1ll\u00edtott minket, mivel\r\na k\u00f6rnyezetre k\u00e1ros  SF<sub>6<\/sub>\u2013ot k\u00e9t tart\u00e1lyban t\u00e1rolt\u00e1k, amelyeket ki kellett \u00fcr\u00edteni \u00e9s \u00fajrahasznos\u00edtan\u201d- magyar\u00e1zza Dr. Ludwig Beck, az MLL m\u0171szaki \u00fczemeltet\u00e9si vezet\u0151je. \u201e<em>A tart\u00e1lyok ki\u00fcr\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9hez olyan szakemberre volt sz\u00fcks\u00e9g\u00fcnk, aki nem csak a helysz\u00edni lefejt\u00e9s \u00e9s g\u00e1zkezel\u00e9s gyakorlati szempontjair\u00f3l gondoskodik, hanem a tervez\u00e9s\u00e9rt \u00e9s a dokumentumkezel\u00e9s\u00e9rt is felel.<\/em>\u201d<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Ezekkel az ig\u00e9nyekkel Beck \u00far felkereste Volker Kleiner-t, a Climalife \u00e9rt\u00e9kes\u00edt\u00e9si vezet\u0151j\u00e9t, akivel m\u00e1r r\u00e9g\u00f3ta kapcsolatban \u00e1llt az SF<sub>6<\/sub> sz\u00e1ll\u00edt\u00e1sa ter\u00e9n. Ez a feladat t\u00f6k\u00e9letesen illett a Climalife m\u00e9rn\u00f6ki \u00e9s szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1si csapat\u00e1hoz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A franciaorsz\u00e1gi Saint Priestben \u00e9s a belgiumi Sint Niklaasban tal\u00e1lhat\u00f3 k\u00e9t fi\u00f3kteleppel rendelkez\u0151 m\u00e9rn\u00f6ki r\u00e9szleg 8 k\u00e9pzett m\u00e9rn\u00f6kkel rendelkezik, akik Eur\u00f3pa-szerte ir\u00e1ny\u00edtj\u00e1k a projekteket. A technikusok a szaktud\u00e1suk mellett rendelkeznek a g\u00e1z lefejt\u00e9s\u00e9hez sz\u00fcks\u00e9ges, saj\u00e1t tervez\u00e9s\u0171, valamint a relev\u00e1ns param\u00e9terek m\u00e9r\u00e9s\u00e9hez sz\u00fcks\u00e9ges vizsg\u00e1lati berendez\u00e9sekkel. A Climalife SF<sub>6<\/sub> kezel\u00e9st is k\u00edn\u00e1l saj\u00e1t szabadalmaztatott \u00fajrahasznos\u00edt\u00f3 l\u00e9tes\u00edtm\u00e9ny\u00e9ben &#8211; amely Eur\u00f3p\u00e1ban az egyetlen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Szem\u00e9lyre szabott terv v\u00e9grehajt\u00e1sa helysz\u00edni szeml\u00e9t k\u00f6vet\u0151en<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A k\u00e9t 130 m<sup>3 <\/sup> t\u00e9rfogat\u00fa SF<sub>6<\/sub>-tart\u00e1ly \u00e9s a cs\u00f6vek lefejt\u00e9se t\u00f6bb szakaszban t\u00f6rt\u00e9nik. \u00d6sszesen mintegy 14 tonna SF<sub>6<\/sub> g\u00e1zf\u00e1zis\u00fa k\u00f6zeg ker\u00fcl lefejt\u00e9sre. E c\u00e9lb\u00f3l nyom\u00e1start\u00f3 lefejt\u0151tart\u00e1lyokat \u00e9s a lefejt\u00e9shez sz\u00fcks\u00e9ges berendez\u00e9seket (High Recovery Unit) sz\u00e1ll\u00edtottak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A haszn\u00e1lt SF<sub>6<\/sub> 600 literes nyom\u00e1start\u00f3 tart\u00e1lyokba (PAF) ker\u00fcl visszanyer\u00e9sre. Volker Kleiner \u00e9s a technikusok csapata koordin\u00e1lja a k\u00fcl\u00f6nb\u00f6z\u0151 f\u00e1zisokat, amelyek sor\u00e1n 9 PAF-ot t\u00f6ltenek meg \u00e9s az SF<sub>6<\/sub>-t a franciaorsz\u00e1gi \u00fajrahasznos\u00edt\u00f3 \u00fczembe sz\u00e1ll\u00edtj\u00e1k.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A lefejt\u00e9s befejezt\u00e9vel a tart\u00e1lyokat nitrog\u00e9nnel ki\u00f6bl\u00edtik.
