De lage investering die met deze vloeistof volstaat heeft hun keuze bevestigd en het mogelijk gemaakt om de bestaande apparatuur te behouden zonder materiaal te vervangen (compressoren, wisselaars, leidingen, reduceerventielen, elektrische voeding,\u2026)<\/p>\n<p>Deze omschakeling is uitgevoerd door <strong>Johnson Control<\/strong> Grand Est, in samenwerking met <strong>Climalife<\/strong> voor zijn aanbod aan globale oplossingen:\u00a0 levering van R-427A, flessen voor het terugwinnen, olie en <strong>behandeling van het teruggewonnen R-22<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><!--  \/* Font Definitions *\/  @font-face \t{font-family:\"Cambria Math\"; \tmso-bidi-language:#0400;} <\/style>\n\n\n\n <![endif]--><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">De uitdaging van deze interventie was het voorkomen van een sluiting van de supermarkt en het uitvoeren van de omschakeling binnen 48 uur, in moeizame weersomstandigheden.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Daarom heeft Johnson Control Grand Est Climalife verzocht om een team te leveren dat zijn eigen operationele team kwam versterken en het geschikte materiaal inbracht.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Om een succesvol verloop van de interventie te garanderen werd een voorbereidende fase uitgevoerd volgens de volgende methode:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\">een maand voor de interventie, monstername voor DPH analyse van de olie en verversing door het team van Johnson Control van de semisynthetische olie Shell Clavus SD2212 in de zes Bitzer compressoren, die vervangen werd door een polyolester olie Mobil EAL ARCTIC 46.<\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\">Functioneren gedurende \u00e9\u00e9n maand met de R-22 en de Mobil EAL 46 olie, om het systeem te reinigen en de resterende semisynthetische olie eruit te verwijderen.<\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\">5 dagen voor de omschakeling, monstername olie voor DPH analyse, 2<sup style=\"color: initial;\">e<\/sup><span style=\"font-size: revert; color: initial;\"> olieverversing en vervanging van de elektrokleppen, handmatige kleppen, slangen, dehydrator patronen om eventuele lekken met het koppel PEO-HFK te voorkomen.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\">Weekend van 30 en 31 januari 2010: omschakeling, het team van Climalife werkt samen met het team van Johnson Control volgens het lastenboek dat door G\u00e9ant Casino is opgesteld.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/uploadsassetsEtudes_de_casGeant2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"223\" height=\"166\" align=\"right\" border=\"0\" hspace=\"10\" \/>De schappen zijn leeg, de inhoud ervan is opgeslagen in koelvrachtwagen om de koudeketen te respecteren. De installatie wordt stilgezet. Het team segmenteert het circuit om de R-22 terug te winnen, zodat zones ge\u00efsoleerd kunnen worden en de kleppen, pakkingen en filters vervangen kunnen worden waarvoor dit onmogelijk was zolang de installatie onder spanning stond.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">De terugwinning op de Profroid centrale duurde langer dan voorzien: het bleek onmogelijk om zich direct op de condensator aan te sluiten om de vloeistof terug te winnen en de buitentemperatuur was laag (-8\u00b0C).<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Om de vervanging te vereenvoudigen en de druk in de flessen teruggewonnen vloeistof te verminderen, werden deze voor en na de operatie opgeslagen in koelcellen.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">De installatie werd vervolgens vacu\u00fcm getrokken.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">De R-427A wordt geladen en de installatie weer opgestart. De verplichte etiketten die de vloeistof in de installatie identificeren worden opgeplakt volgens de geldende regelgeving.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Nadat de temperatuur in de vitrines weer gedaald is en het correct functioneren van het systeem is gecontroleerd, worden de schappen weer gevuld en kan de normale activiteit op maandag hervat worden. Er wordt een nieuw oliemonster afgenomen voor DPH analyse.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">In samenspraak met Johnson Control vraagt G\u00e9ant Casino Climalife om de R-22 te regenereren zoals bepaald door het Europese reglement 1005-2009, een analyse van het product heeft deze mogelijkheid bevestigd. Met deze geregenereerde hoeveelheden kan G\u00e9ant Casino de bestaande installaties in werking houden indien nodig en zo rustig de voorziene omschakelingen plannen.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/uploadsassetsEtudes_de_casGeant3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"227\" height=\"177\" align=\"left\" border=\"0\" hspace=\"10\" vspace=\"0\" \/>De directie van G\u00e9ant Casino en het ingenieursbureau SA zijn tevreden en hebben Johnson Control gefeliciteerd met het respecteren van het lastenboek.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">De samenwerking tussen Climalife en Johnson Control heeft het mogelijk gemaakt om de interventie beter uit te voeren in de daarvoor bepaalde tijd en deze te beheren via een aflossing van de teams.
