Astfel, s-a putut scoate\u00a0din func\u021biune una dintre cele patru centrale ini\u021biale,\u00a0\u00eentruc\u00e2t s-a redus consumul; de asemenea, s-au\u00a0redus costurile de \u00eentre\u021binere.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Magazinul a pus accentul pe scurgerile de refrieran\u0163i,\u00a0ceea ce a condus la o reducere semnificativ\u0103 a\u00a0acestora (la numai 6%).<\/p>\n<p>Sistemul de refrigerare a fost apoi convertit pentru\u00a0a ob\u021bine o eficacitate \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bit\u0103 \u0219i o reducere mai\u00a0mare a amprentei de carbon:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 sistemul ini\u021bial de gestionare a uleiului, bazat pe\u00a0efectul Venturi, a fost \u00eenlocuit cu sisteme active\u00a0dotate cu separatoare de ulei \u0219i cu receptoare\u00a0cu control individual al uleiului prin intermediul\u00a0compresoarelor;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 as-a implementat tehnologia cu microcanale prin\u00a0condensatoare \u00een V, \u00eenregistr\u00e2nd o eficacitate\u00a0\u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bit\u0103 \u0219i reducerea \u00eenc\u0103rc\u0103turii de refrigerant\u00a0cu 15%;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 s-a introdus un control flotant al condens\u0103rii \u0219i\u00a0evapor\u0103rii;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 s-a instalat o tehnologie cu invertor pentru\u00a0compresorul principal al fiec\u0103rei centrale.<\/p>\n<p>Conversia s-a realizat \u00eentre 23 \u0219i 27 martie 2016 \u0219i\u00a0a implicat, \u00een total, 60 de persoane care au lucrat la\u00a0toate aspectele legate de refrigerare, de \u00eenlocuirea\u00a0componentelor \u0219i de sistemele electrice. \u00cen aceast\u0103\u00a0perioad\u0103, Catri a lucrat \u00een schimburi permanente.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/uploadsassetsClimalife_contactN11makro3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"350\" height=\"200\" \/>Stocurile de m\u0103rfuri refrigerate din dulapurile cu\u00a0temperatur\u0103 medie \u0219i din camerele frigorifice au\u00a0fost transferate \u00eentr-un centru logistic al Makro\u00a0din apropiere, \u00een vreme ce produsele depozitate\u00a0\u00een dulapurile cu temperatur\u0103 joas\u0103 \u0219i \u00een camerele\u00a0de congelare au fost p\u0103strate \u00een dou\u0103 camioane\u00a0frigorifice av\u00e2nd 13 metri lungime.<\/p>\n<p>Prin simpla reglare a tuturor comenzilor de refrigerare,\u00a0a fost posibil\u0103 \u00eenchiderea supapelor de expansiune<br \/>\ncu un tur \u0219i set\u0103rile de supra\u00eenc\u0103lzire au fost reglate\u00a0pentru a r\u0103spunde nevoilor sistemului.<\/p>\n<p>De\u0219i temperatura de ie\u0219ire a <a href=\"https:\/\/climalife.dehon.ro\/solstice-n40\/r-448a\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">R-448A<\/a>\u00a0este\u00a0apropiat\u0103 de cea a R-404A, din cauza v\u00e2rfurilor de\u00a0temperatur\u0103 extreme constatate \u00een var\u0103, Makro a\u00a0decis \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea r\u0103cirii at\u00e2t pentru sistemele cu\u00a0temperatur\u0103 joas\u0103, c\u00e2t \u0219i pentru cele cu temperatur\u0103\u00a0medie instal\u00e2nd un sistem ChillBooster \u00een fiecare\u00a0condensator.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Etapele urm\u0103toare:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Makro\u00a0\u0219i Catri vor continua colaborarea \u00een urm\u0103toarele\u00a0luni pentru a optimiza sistemul.
