{"id":155309,"date":"2012-04-11T13:52:22","date_gmt":"2012-04-11T13:52:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/climalife.com\/greenway-neo-solar-and-de-dietrich-heat-a-sports-complex-using-solar-power\/"},"modified":"2023-07-24T10:57:25","modified_gmt":"2023-07-24T10:57:25","slug":"greenway-neo-solar-and-de-dietrich-heat-a-sports-complex-using-solar-power","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/climalife.com\/ro\/greenway-neo-solar-and-de-dietrich-heat-a-sports-complex-using-solar-power\/","title":{"rendered":"Greenway Neo Solar and De Dietrich heat a sports complex using solar power!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Saint-Antonin le Val,\u00a02th September\u00a02011<br \/>\nThe town council in the charming locality of Saint-Antonin in Southern France have decided to combine tradition and modernity in order to provide their citizens with a quality public service with looks to the future.\u00a0 The town has a wonderful sports complex made up of an open-air swimming pool and gymnasium, playing host both to school children and local residents.\u00a0 When the time came to invest in a new heating system in order to replace old boilers, it was an opportunity to make the most of the valley&#8217;s glorious sunshine.<br \/>\nThe study into the heating and hot water needs undertaken by Olivier Delhomme from BE CD2I, helped to size the system to ensure coverage was optimal, eg heating for the comfort of visitors and users, and domestic hot water for the showers in both buildings, and for heating in the swimming pool during the summer.<br \/>\nTh company\u00a0Bourrie, a climate control\u00a0engineering firm which is a member of the Climater Group\u00a0(with 450 employees mainly in Tarn et Garonne), was asked by the mayor of Saint-Antonin to carry out the renovation work on the facility.<br \/>\nThe project proposed by Bourrie and accepted by the town council is as follows:\u00a0 a dual network managed by an automatic control system which, depending on the needs and the frequency of use of one or other of the buidings, makes it possible to provide the necessary heat.<\/p>\n<p>The hot water is obtained mainly using the solar heat network, which is piloted by the system&#8217;s regulation device.<br \/>\nDescription of the heating system:<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/uploadsassetsCase_studiesballon.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"158\" height=\"212\" align=\"right\" border=\"0\" hspace=\"10\" vspace=\"10\" \/><br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0 350 kW wood pellet boiler<br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0 65m\u00b2 of flat solar panels with 24 Dietrisol\u00a0Pro C 250 Regulation DeltaSol E sensors<br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0 1 semi-instantaneous FWS 750 DHW cylinder and 1 750 L buffer tank<br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0 2 4,000 L storage tanks (see photo)<br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0 150L of Greenway Solar<\/p>\n<p>The partner of Bourrie for solar thermal power, De Dietrich Thermique* and Tereva Montauban, provided the whole solar thermal system.\u00a0 To\u00a0ensure the sustainability of the system, to protect against overheating, and for environmental reasons, the virtues of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/climalife.dehon.ro\/greenway-neo-solar\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Greenway Neo Solar<\/a> were chosen as the heat transfer fluid, eg the &#8220;blood&#8221;
