{"id":155445,"date":"2010-04-29T19:28:22","date_gmt":"2010-04-29T19:28:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/climalife.com\/conversion-of-a-refrigerant-at-entremont\/"},"modified":"2023-07-24T10:36:11","modified_gmt":"2023-07-24T10:36:11","slug":"conversion-of-a-refrigerant-at-entremont","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/climalife.com\/ro\/conversion-of-a-refrigerant-at-entremont\/","title":{"rendered":"Conversion of a refrigerant at Entremont"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>For the removal of the existing plant to the current site of Juragruy\u00e8re at Poligny, Department of the Jura, France, the R-417A refrigerant was selected for its simplicity of implementation, because of the possibility of retaining existing\u00a0equipment and for avoiding numerous modifications.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0cooling circuit with glycol\u00a0based\u00a0Friogel\u00ae, of an 85 KW refrigerating power rating similar to the R-22, could not be removed to the new site unless an HFC type refrigerant was used.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/uploadsassetsPhoto_juragruyere_074.jpg\" width=\"160\" height=\"151\" align=\"right\" border=\"0\" hspace=\"5\" vspace=\"5\" \/>After more than one and half years in service, the R-417A proved its efficiency by being able to maintain a controlled atmosphere in the conditioning and packaging roomspace of the &#8216;Comt\u00e9&#8217; cheese at the Juragruy\u00e8re Cheese Dairy.<\/p>\n<p>The conversion of other installations\u00a0on the site is planned to\u00a0reduce\u00a0 production stops to a minimum and to comply with European Regulation 1005\/2009 concerning\u00a0R-22.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Author<\/strong> : S.
