{"id":159520,"date":"2020-12-10T15:28:19","date_gmt":"2020-12-10T15:28:19","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/climalife.com\/cum-se-optimizeaza-refrigerarea-fiind-in-acelasi-timp-eficienta-si-durabila\/"},"modified":"2025-11-07T11:09:34","modified_gmt":"2025-11-07T11:09:34","slug":"cum-se-optimizeaza-refrigerarea-fiind-in-acelasi-timp-eficienta-si-durabila","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/climalife.com\/ro\/cum-se-optimizeaza-refrigerarea-fiind-in-acelasi-timp-eficienta-si-durabila\/","title":{"rendered":"Cum se optimizeaz\u0103 refrigerarea, fiind, \u00een acela\u015fi timp, eficient\u0103 \u015fi durabil\u0103?"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1><\/h1>\n<h2>Contexte<\/h2>\n<p>Optienergie, birou de studii specializat \u00een performan\u0163a energetic\u0103 industrial\u0103, desf\u0103\u015foar\u0103 campanii de m\u0103surare pe amplasamentul COFRA \u00een perioada mai-decembrie 2020, la solicitarea companiei Quercy R\u00e9frig\u00e9ration. <strong>Obiectivul este acela de a calcula EER*-ul global printr-o analiz\u0103 atent\u0103 a func\u0163ion\u0103rii instala\u0163iilor prin m\u0103sur\u0103tori fizice \u015fi cu aparatur\u0103 specific\u0103.<br><br><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>EER*-ul este calculat pe baza raportului dintre energia de r\u0103cire produs\u0103 \u015fi energia electric\u0103 absorbit\u0103 de grupul de r\u0103cire.<br><br><\/p>\n<p>\u00cenregistr\u0103rile sunt efectuate \u00een ceea ce prive\u015fte:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>fluxul de ap\u0103 glicolat\u0103,<\/li>\n<li>temperaturile de tur\/retur pe circuitul de ap\u0103 glicolat\u0103,<\/li>\n<li>consumul de energie electric\u0103 pe ie\u015firea general\u0103 a grupurilor de r\u0103cire cu <a title=\"R-1234ze\" href=\"https:\/\/climalife.dehon.fr\/solstice-ze\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> R-1234ze<\/a> (compresor, condensator, pomp\u0103 primar\u0103 \u015fi pompe auxiliare pe acela\u015fi debit) \u015fi pe ie\u015firile compresor, condensator, pomp\u0103 primar\u0103, ventilator de r\u0103cire a uleiului \u015fi pomp\u0103 r\u0103citor de ulei pentru grupul cu <a title=\"Nh3\" href=\"https:\/\/climalife.dehon.fr\/ammoniac\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> NH<sub>3<\/sub><\/a>. <br><br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>De re\u0163inut: Aceste instala\u0163ii sunt comparabile, deoarece principiul lor de reglare este similar. Grupurile de r\u0103cire sunt echipate cu variatoare electronice de vitez\u0103. Cele cu R-1234ze nu au r\u0103citor de ulei. <br><br><\/p>\n<p>* Energy Efficiency Ratio \/ Raportul de eficien\u0163\u0103 energetic\u0103.<\/p>\n<p class=\"offset-left\">\n<p class=\"offset-left\">\n<h2>Descrierea instala\u0163iei de r\u0103cire de pe amplasamentul COFRA<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Instala\u0163ia COFRA este alc\u0103tuit\u0103 din 4 grupuri frigorifice \u00een paralel pentru alimentarea unui rezervor de ap\u0103 cu ghea\u0163\u0103. <br><br><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Trei dintre aceste grupuri au drept refrigerant R-1234ze, iar al patrulea grup func\u0163ioneaz\u0103 pe baz\u0103 de amoniac.<br><br><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/uploadsassetsTechnical20FileCOFRACapture20chiller201.png\" alt=\"Chiller 1\" width=\"700\" height=\"422\"><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/uploadsassetsTechnical20FileCOFRACapture20chiller203.png\" alt=\"Chiller 3\" width=\"700\" height=\"459\"><\/p>\n<br><br>\n<p><strong>PID-ul (Planul detaliat de amplasare) al ie\u015firilor primare \u015fi secundare ale grupurilor<\/strong> este prezentat \u00een cele ce urmeaz\u0103; m\u0103sur\u0103torile debitelor \u015fi temperaturilor au fost efectuate de fiecare dat\u0103 pe circuitul primar al grupurilor. Simbolurile Q, T1 \u015fi T2 reprezint\u0103 loca\u0163iile m\u0103sur\u0103torilor privind debitul apei glicolate, temperatura de retur (spre grup) \u015fi temperatura de tur (spre cuv\u0103). <br><br><\/p>\n<h1><\/h1>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/uploadsassetsPID20COFRA.png\" alt=\"plan d\u2019implantation d\u00e9taill\u00e9)\" width=\"800\" height=\"231\"><\/p>\n<h1><\/h1>\n<h2>Rezultat: o performan\u0163\u0103 \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u0163it\u0103 cu R-1234ze<\/h2>\n<p><em>Campanie de m\u0103surare \u00een perioada 13-27 mai 2020 <\/em>pe grupul de r\u0103cire nr. 1 cu ze<strong> cu sistemul Regandsy inactiv<\/strong> \u015fi grupul de r\u0103cire nr. 3 cu NH3. EER-ul chillerului cu NH3 se degradeaz\u0103 mai repede atunci c\u00e2nd temperatura exterioar\u0103 cre\u015fte. EER-urile medii sunt: R-1234ze = 1,73; NH<sub>3<\/sub> = 1,29<em>, <\/em><strong><em>adic\u0103 o diferen\u0163\u0103 medie de performan\u0163\u0103 de 25%<\/em>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/uploadsassetsTechnical20FileCOFRAtotal20periode201305-2705.png\" alt=\"campagne 1\" width=\"700\" height=\"158\"><\/p>\n<p><strong> <br><br><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Campanie de m\u0103surare desf\u0103\u015furat\u0103 \u00een perioada 26 august 2020 &#8211; 8 septembrie 2020<\/em> pe grupul de r\u0103cire nr. 1 cu ze cu sistemul <strong>Regandsy<\/strong><strong> activ <\/strong>timp de numai dou\u0103 zile*, grupul de r\u0103cire nr. 2 cu ze cu sistemul <strong>Regandsy<\/strong><strong> inactiv<\/strong> \u015fi grupul de r\u0103cire nr. 3 cu NH3. S-a constatat o \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u0163ire general\u0103 a EER-urilor (cu aproximativ 40%). <br><br><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/uploadsassetsTechnical20FileCOFRAtotal20peride200109-0809.png\" alt=\"campagne 2\" width=\"700\" height=\"188\"><br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/uploadsassetsTechnical20FileCOFRArepartition20conso.png\" alt=\"repartition consommation\" width=\"600\" height=\"345\"><\/p>\n<p><<strong>*De re\u0163inut:<\/strong> o a treia campanie de m\u0103surare va fi efectuat\u0103 la sf\u00e2r\u015fitul anului, pentru a compara rezultatele cu sau f\u0103r\u0103\u00a0 istemul Regandsy pe o perioad\u0103 mai lung\u0103. EER m\u0103surat pe durata celor dou\u0103 zile de func\u0163ionare este \u00een prezent de 2,95.<\/p>\n<h1><em><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/uploadsassetsCase_studiesCC2017COFRAphoto20optienergie20Quentin.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"200\" height=\"229\"><\/em><\/h1>\n<h1><\/h1>\n<h2>Concluzii<em><br \/>\n<\/em><\/h2>\n<p>\u201eAceast\u0103 a doua campanie confirm\u0103, de asemenea, faptul c\u0103 chillerele pe baz\u0103 de R-1234ze sunt mai performante dec\u00e2t chillerul pe baz\u0103 de NH<sub>3<\/sub> \u00een condi\u0163ii de exploatare similare, cu temperaturi exterioare ridicate \u015fi o cantitate mai mare de fructe \u00een depozit\u201d<\/em>&#8211; subliniaz\u0103 Quentin Camou-Juncas, Inginer de performan\u0163\u0103 energetic\u0103 industrial\u0103 \u00een cadrul Optinergie. <br><br><\/p>\n<p>Vre\u021bi s\u0103 afla\u021bi mai multe?
