Aceast\u0103 solu\u021bie nu era \u00eens\u0103 ideal\u0103 din punct de vedere ecologic, din cauza disparit\u0103\u021bii \u0219i caracteristicilor agen\u021bilor frigorifici utiliza\u021bi, \u0219i nu mai era suficient\u0103 pentru a r\u0103spunde nevoilor lor. A fost necesar\u0103 o reproiectare complet\u0103 a amplasamentului prin renovarea \u00eenc\u0103perilor existente, prin cre\u0219terea capacit\u0103\u021bii de stocare a acestora \u0219i prin \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea condi\u021biilor de lucru ale personalului, f\u0103r\u0103 a uita de situa\u021bia gazelor cu efect de ser\u0103. \u00cen 2019, compania s-a consultat cu diver\u0219i furnizori pentru a discuta despre proiect \u0219i, \u00een acela\u0219i timp, a analizat finan\u021barea acestuia. Sprijinul oferit de Xavier Delzescaux, directorul societ\u0103\u021bii, \u0219i de colegul s\u0103u Pierre Delpech, \u0219eful biroului de proiectare, a fost foarte apreciat de Maison P\u00e9cou, care le-a \u00eencredin\u021bat proiectul. &#8220;<em><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-climalife-blue-color\" style=\"background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);\">Pentru noi era esen\u021bial s\u0103 oferim un sistem de refrigerare centralizat simplu, care s\u0103 poat\u0103 fi adaptat pentru anii urm\u0103tori, s\u0103 utilizeze agen\u021bi frigorifici cu un impact foarte redus asupra mediului \u0219i s\u0103 recupereze toat\u0103 c\u0103ldura pentru a optimiza consumul de energie \u0219i a o utiliza \u00een procesul lor&#8221;, a explicat <\/mark><\/em>Xavier Delzescaux. Estimat la 1 milion de euro, proiectul a fost finan\u021bat \u00een propor\u021bie de 40% prin certificate de economie de energie \u0219i alte subven\u021bii regionale pentru a sprijini dezvoltarea economic\u0103 a sectorului produc\u021biei alimentare \u0219i ca parte a unui program de responsabilitate social\u0103 corporativ\u0103. <br><br><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Un proiect perturbat de Covid<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Cerin\u021bele au fost clar definite. Pierre Delpech explic\u0103: &#8220;\u00cen cadrul noilor extinderi de pe amplasamentul de 5 500 m\u00b2, 1 760 m\u00b2 trebuiau s\u0103 fie echipa\u021bi pentru <strong><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-climalife-blue-color\" style=\"background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);\">r\u0103cire, \u00eenc\u0103lzire \u0219i controlul umidit\u0103\u021bii<\/mark><\/strong>, partea de \u00eenc\u0103lzire reprezent\u00e2nd 650 m\u00b2, iar cea de umiditate relativ\u0103 175 m\u00b2&#8221;. Construc\u021bia a \u00eenceput \u00een iulie 2020, desf\u0103\u0219ur\u00e2ndu-se \u00een paralel cu instala\u021biile existente, pentru a nu \u00eentrerupe produc\u021bia. C\u0103ldura recuperat\u0103 din sistemul de r\u0103cire a acoperit toate nevoile de ap\u0103 cald\u0103 ale procesului. Re\u021beaua secundar\u0103 a fost \u00eenc\u0103rcat\u0103 cu 11 m3 de Greenway\u00ae Neo N -18\u00b0C. \u00centregul sistem alimenteaz\u0103 20 de spa\u021bii de lucru independente, cu o gestionare strict\u0103 a temperaturii \u0219i\/sau a umidit\u0103\u021bii. Pompele hidraulice au fost, de asemenea, echipate cu un sistem de control al vitezei variabile pentru a optimiza func\u021bionarea sistemului \u0219i a reduce consumul de energie asociat cu dou\u0103 rezervoare tampon. Au fost instalate noi vaporizatoare GUNTER cubice, cu debit dublu \u0219i cu serpentin\u0103 dubl\u0103 (cu serpentin\u0103 de ap\u0103 cald\u0103 pentru gestionarea umidit\u0103\u021bii).
