How can we ensure the long-term maintenance of installations operating with high or medium GWP refrigerants?
Reclamation is the answer to this challenge: reducing emissions while ensuring the long-term viability of existing systems by recovering waste.
What is the difference between recycling and reclamation?
Recycling: reuse of a refrigerant recovered following a basic cleaning operation.
Reclamation : reprocessing of a refrigerant to achieve performance equivalent to that of a virgin substance, taking into account its intended use.
Please note :
Recycling does not reveal the quality or composition of the refrigerant. The operator assumes full legal responsibility for the product introduced into the installation and the traceability of the refrigerant.
The benefits of reclamation:
- Guaranteed composition and performance of the reclaimed refrigerant (certificate of conformity).
- Labelling in compliance with regulation.
- Reclaimed fluids : not subject to F-Gas quotas.
- Safety : analysis and processing in accordance with quality and safety standards.
- Cost reduction : extended life of existing installations.
How can reclamation be simplified?
- Select appropriate recovery cylinders.
- Do not mix different refrigerants in one cylinder.
- Return the cylinder and tracking documents to an approved treatment centre.
What are the benefits of custom reclamation?
The product you entrust to us is reclaimed, packaged and if required, stored at our sites on your behalf.
