The GLACIÄR MIDI room controller is a refrigerant leak detector for all air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
The SAMON GLACIÄR MIDI room controller is available in two versions, 1 with an integrated sensor and 1 with a remote sensor.
It is a sensor-transmitter fitted with a probe with 2 alarm levels, which can be used either as a stand-alone detector or connected to a control system (e.g. GTC) via a Modbus link.
It has 2 relay outputs for high and low alarm levels and an analogue output that can activate external safety equipment such as valves, fans and/or general alarms.
5 types of detectors are available depending on the fluid :
GLACIÄR MIDI Group 1 (detection range 0-1000 ppm) : R-32, R407A, R-407C, R-407F, R-410A, R-448A, R-449A, R-452A, R-452B, R-454A, R-454B, R-454C, R-455A, R-507A.
GLACIÄR MIDI Group 2 (detection range 0-1000 ppm) : R-1233zd, R-1234yf, R-1234ze, R-134a, R-22, R-404A, R-450A, R-513A.
GLACIÄR MIDI Group 3 (HC – detection range 0-4000 ppm) : R-290, R-600a, R1270
GLACIÄR MIDI CO2 (detection range 0-10000 ppm) : R-744
GLACIÄR MIDI NH3 (detection range 0-100 / 0-1000 / 0-5000 ppm) : R-717
